To help patients achieve their goals, IOH provides Optimal Health Evaluations and Programs. Dr. Boxer Wachler is board-certified by both the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine and America Board of Ophthalmology. His advanced training in Anti-Aging Medicine allows him provide advanced Anti-Aging care to patients.

The IOH is based on the principles of Anti-Aging Medicine. The tenets of life extension also contribute to the core of the Optimal Health Program. Hormone analysis and rebalancing provide a unique approach to augmenting a healthy lifestyle. Proper diet, exercise, and nutritional support are important, but the additional of hormone rebalancing provides unique benefits.

Everyone's goals are slightly different. For some, it’s regaining youthful energy so they do not "run out of steam" at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, for others it is about losing weight, or it could be to improve libido, while for others it is about maintaining their health to avoid the degenerative diseases that hamper lifestyle or even life itself. For many, it's about all of the above and more.

During an evaluation, the four pillars of the Optimal Health structure are discussed in order to customize an easy lifestyle change.

Four Pillars of
Optimal Health

Pillar 1

Hormone analysis and rebalancing
do you weigh more than you did after high school or college?
hormone imbalances are often a factor.

Pillar 2

Nutritional support
are you taking a multivitamin?
if it's a hard tablet, you are not absorbing as much of the vitamin as you thought.

Pillar 3

Eating and drinking habits
do you drink soda?
types of alcohol?

Pillar 4

Level of physical activity
do you make time to exercise?
if not, why?
